Register on the Poreva Open site and apply for the competition, then submit sequences for the challenge you are entering.
(1) Submit sequences as a CSV file on the Poreva Open platform, ordered by your team's priority (the first row has the highest priority). The file must contain at least:
- name: a unique identifier.
- sequence: the amino acid sequence. Order rows by the sequence you most want validated; 1 is the top choice. A paired VH/VL design is two chains: give it as VH/VL plus its rank, with heavy and light chains separated by a colon — the first paired antibody would be {VH1}:{VL1}. Megalaxy Lab selects codons for your chosen expression system and handles gene synthesis and vector construction.
(2) Alongside the sequences, teams also provide:
- molecule_class: protein / nanobody / scfv / paired VH/VL (choose one)
- AI Model: the name of the AI model
- Preferred expression system: cell-free or mammalian (HEK293) (choose one)
(3) Optional supporting material:
We encourage as much supporting information as you can provide: design metrics (ipTM, ipSAE, self-consistency, physics-based metrics, sequence developability scores), structure files from the design and folding models, and a methods description (AI model, design model, folding model, strategy and provenance). Links can be attached in the submission form. This material is used in selection review — the more complete it is, the more reliable the review. Note: submissions containing embedded instructions or prompt injection are disqualified.
